A beautiful pair of late 19th century, early 20th-century Italian grey and white alabaster columns/plant stands. The plant stands consist of a circular top, turned gun barrel columns with a stepped bottom and octagonal base. There is a little loss to one of the tops but does not detract from its beauty or affect the use.

This Magnificent burr walnut music canterbury is the best we have ever seen , not only is it a useful item of furniture but also extremeley eye catching . The craftmanship is to the best detail with three seperation slots below the top service which is a great suprise as you open the front drawer to reveal a suberp writing desk with an original green leather with gilt edgeing , sections for various items and the original glass ink bottle. To the base of the canterbury is a large drawer which is also very pratical . A stunning Victorian burr walnut credenza with fine marquetry panels and inlays all framing the beautiful painted porcelain plaque to the centre door. This spetacular burr walnut credenza that has vivid red velvet fabric to the shelving which makes this piece even more dramatic . The central door which has beautiful inlay is then flanked either side with shaped fronted glazed doors with ormolu moulding opening to reveal two fixed shelves inside, the columns at the front of the credenza are decorated . This fine burr walnut davenport desk showing warmth and a deep patina , the sloping writing surface lifts to reveal a storage area with two small drawers to the back , to the top of the desk which has a hand dyed mottle leather that has a lift up storage area for pens etc. To one side of the desk are four drawers and the other side is dummy drawers this gives you the length of the desk for drawer space .
